Jess Stenson

Gold Medal Marathon Champion and Super Mum

Jess Stenson is not one to rest on her laurels.  Not only is she the reigning Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist in marathon, a two-time Olympian, former winner of the Melbourne Marathon and coveted Sydney City2Surf, she is also a qualified physiotherapist, running coach, co-founder of Rundies sports underwear, a wife and super mum.  Although now expecting her second child, her sights are firmly set on Paris 2024! To top it off Jess is an ambassador for Lululemon, the Little Heroes Foundation, the Jodi Lee Foundation, and Raising Literacy SA.  Jess joins NextGen 2023 to share with us practical advice and strategies for going the distance and keeping physically and mentally fit in pursuit of personal and commercial goals.

Chelsea Pottenger

Founder, EQ Minds

Chelsea Pottenger joins NextGen 2023 to provide us with practical strategies to reset our well-being at work and in life. Chelsea is an accredited mindfulness and meditation coach, a psychology student and a proud ambassador for mental health charities R U Ok? and the Gidget Foundation Australia. As one of Australia’s most popular corporate wellbeing presenters, Chelsea has worked with thousands independent business owners and executives at large corporates like Atlassian, eBay, Google, The Defence Force, CBA and Estee Lauder to provide them the toolsets to reduce stress, improve sleep, increase mental wellbeing and enhance their productivity.  

Canna Campbell

Founder, SugarMamma TV

As a licensed financial planner of nearly 20 years’ experience, best-selling author of The $1000 Project and Mindful Money, and founder and director of financial media platform, SugarMamma TV, Canna Campbell knows a thing or two about money, finances and financial advice. Canna joins NextGen 2023 to provide us with incredibly valuable insights into the digital world and how to go about building a tribe online. In keeping with our theme of delivering high-performance outcomes while balancing our physical and mental health and maintaining our personal lives Canna will share with us her journey and the challenges of simultaneously building a family while pursuing business success.

Wayne Stewart

Wayne Stewart is an accomplished sales & marketing professional and a skilled facilitator and presenter with decades of experience in helping high performance organisations and individuals achieve their goals by engaging more effectively with clients. Wayne joins NextGen 2023 as our lead program facilitator to take us through the practicalities and imperatives of selling skills, account management, pricing, negotiation, business strategy, and people development – and the importance of developing and executing on sales strategies – in our two core not-to-be-missed sessions of Mastering Your Destiny and Building Trust in an Age of Mistrust.

Kate Potter

With more than two decades of experience in professional service and having held a range of senior roles in leading law firms, Kate Potter is expert in executing high-impact projects. With a focus on the individual, Kate’s coaching style is to empower her clients to find their own style in how they approach business development, sales and negotiation. Kate joins NextGen 2023 as a coach and co-facilitator of our Mastering Your Destiny and Building Trust in an Age of Mistrust sessionsand as the moderator of our There are No Shortcuts and Digital Revolution panel discussions that will uncover insights from our NextGen 2023 Mentor Group. 

Keith Cullen

Keith Cullen is an entrepreneur and problem solver, and a creator and builder of businesses, ideas and careers. He is an empathetic, persuasive, determined and pragmatic businessman who relishes challenges and balances big picture thinking with hard work and detail orientation; and a sense-of-urgency with perseverance and grit. With a track record of success in the recruitment, training, mentoring and motivation of high-performance individuals and teams, he encourages and instils these traits in those around him. Keith joins NextGen 2023 to assist Wayne and Kate in facilitating the program – and to deliver to our opening address in which he will share his insights on the rollercoaster of entrepreneurship.
