The NextGen Program has a long-standing reputation for cultivating new talent in financial advising, and this year’s program is no exception. The event is scheduled to take place from Sunday, May 21 to Wednesday, May 24 at the stunning Glenworth Valley, promising an unforgettable experience.
The NextGen Program is focused on enhancing business skills, networking skills, and life skills while promoting fun, learning, and networking. The program aims to physically and mentally challenge attendees while fostering collaboration through outdoor activities.
There is little to no emphasis on “financial services” content, with the program instead prioritizing the development of business leaders. That said, CPD points will be available on client care and practice management.
The program is ideal for new entrants and those new to operating their own practice – with criteria expanded this year to include practice support staff. While traditionally limited to advisers and industry participants aged 40 and below, this year’s program has expanded criteria to include anyone young or young at heart. Moreover, for the first time, we will be joined by a select group of industry stalwarts in our NextGen 2023 Mentor Group to encourage and foster talent across the industry and to share their secrets for business and life success.
As a Wealth Adviser event, the NextGen Program is open not only to Synchron, Wealth Today, and Sentry practices – but for the first time, we will also be welcoming a limited number of self-licensed practices to participate.
